These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pointify, a digital marketplace operated by Technical Sanjuji LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service (website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the Service.

2. Accounts

To access certain features you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Marketplace & Content

Pointify provides a platform to discover and access digital content (templates, eBooks, icons, and other creative assets). Content may be provided by Technical Sanjuji LLP or by third-party creators. Each item is subject to its license terms. You agree to use purchased or downloaded content consistent with the applicable license.

4. Purchases & Payment

Purchases and payment processing are handled through third-party payment providers (for example, Google Play billing, PayPal, or other processors). By making a purchase you agree to the terms and pricing of the store or payment provider. We do not store full payment card details. For refunds or billing inquiries, contact support.

5. License & Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is protected by intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly stated, we or the relevant creator/licensor retain all rights. Your purchase or license grants you only the usage rights described with the content. Do not reproduce or redistribute content beyond the scope of its license.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Technical Sanjuji LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or a minimal statutory amount where such limitation is not permitted.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease and content access may be disabled.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Technical Sanjuji LLP is incorporated. If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires specific consumer protection provisions, those laws may apply. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts unless otherwise agreed.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
